THE POWER OF CARBONATIONWe clean your carpets with the power of carbonation!
The Carbonating Secret Revealed
The secret to Precision Chem-Dry’s carpet cleaning in Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Provo, and surrounding areas is the millions of microscopic, carbonating cleaning bubbles in our cleaner that we call The Natural®. This carbonating solution penetrates very deep into the base of your carpet, blasting grime and dirt to the surface of your carpet. We then use hot water extraction to lift the dirty particles to the surface where they are easily carried away using our powerful suction equipment.
This carbonation process is almost identical to the age-old trick of using club soda to remove a stain from a shirt. The awesome cleaning power of the carbonating solution creates a powerful reaction that deep cleans your carpets and upholstery in a safe and gentle manner.
Get Carpets that Stay Cleaner Longer
Due to the natural power of carbonation, Precision Chem-Dry does not have to use excessive amounts of moisture to clean your carpet or upholstered items. Because the bubbles do the work for us, Precision Chem-Dry does not need to use soapy and sticky cleaning chemicals that other cleaners and do-it-yourself machines rely on so much. Soapy residues have a tendency to attract dirt like a magnet, causing your carpet to get dirty even faster than before.
Chem-Dry’s primary carpet cleaner contains no soaps, detergents, or surfactants. You can save money when your carpet stays cleaner longer. Less carpet cleaning means a better bang for your buck and one less thing on your “to-do” list.
Reappearing Carpet Stains? No Problem!
Carpet stains reappear in the same place after cleaning for two reasons. First, they were never thoroughly removed to begin with. Often the unwanted stain gets forced down below the surface of the carpet by a high-pressure steam cleaning unit, only to resurface when your carpet dries. Secondly, the cleaning solutions used by most steam cleaners create a sticky, soapy residue that attracts more dirt and soiling to the carpet.
Through the use of Chem-Dry’s carbonated carpet cleaning solution, Precision Chem-Dry can thoroughly remove stains more quickly and efficiently. We apply our solutions so sparingly, and without high pressure, resurfacing of stains is not a problem. However, if a spot does reappear, just let us know and we will work until the problem is solved!
"Called Juan and he came out the same day. He honored first-time coupon and did a superior job. I was a little skeptical that my carpets were really clean. This is a wet process and takes time to dry. They looked ok when he left, but the next day when dry and we could open the windows we could tell a huge difference when the light came in and how much brighter the carpets were. I saved it information and now have a regular dependable carpet company. Thanks Juan!"

"Love love love the results. Yes, they are worth the price and the staff are amazing. Juan and the other gentleman, I was so happy I forgot to ask for his name, are so nice, professional and know what they are doing. I keep my cats little box in an empty extra closet. I so badly needed them to clean it but forgot to tell them when they came, even had the door closed. THEY STILL GOT IT!!!! I will be using Precision Chem-Dry from now on for my carpets and I will be having them back to do my beds and rugs. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!"
